I’ll admit, it’s catchy, and it makes for a small amount of funny tumblr posts, but it’s probably the most stupid song I’ve ever heard. It’s only about one thing: a desperate girl who tries very hard to get a guy’s attention. I’m a guy and I find it insulting. Before you came into my life I missed you so bad? Seriously? How could you miss someone if they hadn’t been in your life? Good job Mr. Bieber, you signed a winner.

As I’m scrubbing the stove, he comes over and asks how many girls I brought home last night. I laugh and just reply “no”. He then asks again, and during that awkward moment of silence, when I wish I was in the middle of Zimbabwe or somewhere else as distant from my kitchen, I drop the burner cover. He and my dad laugh, and as I literally remark on how painfully ironic it was, they both walk away. My life.
She was so amazing and friendly. Everyone had so much fun and she really made everyone there feel appreciated. Scars on 45 was great too, they sound a lot like Barcelona but have more lyrics. I look like a fool in their twitter picture, but I don’t mind because I’d still smile like that if I saw the concert twenty more times.

I really like cars, video games, animals, and trees. I'm a firm believer in that "everything happens for a reason" nonsense even though such a belief has failed me multiple times. I'd also like to think I'm something greater than flesh and bone even though I may not be. I waste time thinking too much and doubting myself rather than being productive. I think that people can be over-productive, and that people who conform too much to the standards of others slowly stop living and become empty and desperate. I'm trying not to become empty and desperate.
